5 c. riced or mashed potatoes
1/2 c. cream
3 tbsp. melted butter
2 1/2 c. flour
Salt to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Mix potatoes and cream. Mix well. Add melted butter, flour, and salt; mix well. Roll out a small piece at a time into a circle as thin as possible. Fry until lightly browned; turn and brown other side.
