3-4 lb. wings, cut at joints 1 c. water 1 c. soy sauce 1 c. sugar 1/4 c. pineapple juice (drained off pineapple) 1/4 c. oil 1 tsp. ginger 1 tsp. garlic powder
Marinate chicken wings in mixture of remaining ingredients for 24 hours. Bake in same marinade for 1 1/2 - 2 hours at 350º for 30 min., then turn down to 325º for remainder of baking time. Place wings in one layer only.
