8 oz. pastrami or corned beef, sliced 1 (8 oz.) can sauerkraut, drained 3/4 c. Thousand Island dressing 1 tbsp. onion, finely chopped (optional) 30 slices party rye bread 8 oz. Swiss cheese Mustard Sliced olives
Cut across meat a few times and through sauerkraut as well. Put in blender and add dressing and onion. Blend until spreading consistency. Butter bread. Spread meat mixture on bread. Squirt a little mustard on top. Top with slices of Swiss cheese to fit. Top with sliced olive piece. Broil until cheese has melted.
