1 Large Mashed Banana or 2 Small
1 C Sugar
2 C All Purpose Flour
1/2 C Brown Sugar, packed
1 Tsp. Baking Soda
1/2 Tsp. Salt
2 Eggs
3/4 C Vegetable Oil or Crisco
1 Tsp. Vanilla

Directions:

Preheat Oven to 325. In one large mixing bowl combine all ingredients. Mix well until well blended. Place in 9 x 5 loaf pan and bake about 1 hour and 15 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean! It usually takes an additional 10 minutes or so.
