1 lb Ground Beef
1 C diced Celery
1 med Onion, chopped
1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup
2 cans Water
1/2 C Rice, uncooked
4 T Soy Sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Brown ground beef with celery and onion. Add rest of ingredients and mix well. Pour into greased baking dish and bake at 375 for 30 minutes. Remove from oven, stir, and return to oven. Bake for 30 minutes more.

This recipe dates back to my earliest days of cooking for my family. Since we WERE poor.. this dish suited us well. Originality: My Mother-in-law, Irene Goehl - a fabulous cook!
