1lb cooked and crumbled bacon
1 quart shucked oysters
1 sleeve Ritz crackers, crushed
2 cups Parmesan cheese
1 1/2 cup ketchup
1 Tblsp. Italian seasoning
3 Tblsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 package chopped frozen spinach, thawed and drained
large pyrex rectangular dish
pam spray

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Spray dish with pam.
Drain oysters and place on bottom of dish.
Mix ketchup, italian seasonings, and Worcestershire, then spread over oysters. Sprinkle Ritz crackers over mixture. Sprinkle bacon over crackers. Spread out spinach over bacon. Cover with cheese. Bake uncovered for 30 minutes or until cheese is golden brown.
