1 1/2 lbs. ground sirloin or chuck
1 packet Lipton onion mushroom soup mix
2 eggs - beaten
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. salt
a few shakes Cavender's Greek seasoning
1 level Tblsp. basil
1 Tblsp. Dale's seasoning
1/2 lb. sliced mushrooms
4 oz. brie or other creamy cheese - cut into 1/2" cubes

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients well and put into a loaf pan. Cook in 350 degree oven for 1 1/2 hours. Let cool for 5 minutes, then slice and serve.
