1 c. + 1 tbsp. flour Pinch salt 1 tbsp. oil 3/4 c. beer (room temp.) 2 tbsp. lukewarm water 1 egg separated
Mix flour and salt. Add oil, beer and water while stirring with wire whisk. Stir until blended. Beat in egg yolk. Cover with clean cloth. Let stand 1 hour or so in warm spot. Beat egg white until stiff and fold into batter.
