18 eggs
3 tbsp. butter
1 c. + 2 tbsp. half and half
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2-3 oz. jars mushrooms, drained
1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Use one of these as much as you like: diced ham, sausage pieces, crumbled bacon

Beat eggs and half and half together. Scramble in 3 tbsp. butter. Put in a 3 qt. shallow casserole or a cake pan. Mix in your choice of meat. Pour on soup, mushrooms, and cheddar cheese. Bake at 250 for 45 min. to 1 hour.
