1 large pkg. frozen California Blend vegetables
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 tbsp. milk
1 c. Velveeta cheese
Topping:
Soda cracker crumbs
Butter

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together the first four ingredients. Melt butter and add cracker crumbs. Top with buttered cracker crumbs. Put in 1 1/2 qt. casserole and bake at 350 for 1 hour.
