1 can Sweetened Condensed Milk
1 c. Butterscotch Chips
1 tsp. Cinnamon
1/4 tsp. Salt
2 tbsp. Vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
1. Microwave milk and butterscotch chips 30 sec.- 1 min. until chips are melted.
2. Add salt and microwave 3-5 minutes
3. Add cinnamon and vinegar blend well. Serve with sliced apples.
