1/2 c. butter 1 c. flour 1/2 c. sugar 2 tsp. baking powder 1/2 c. milk 2-3 c. cut up rhubarb 1 c. sugar 1 c. hot water Cinnamon
Melt butter in 10 in. pie pan or 9 x 13 in. pan. Mix flour, 1/2 c. sugar, baking powder and milk. Pour or drop batter over melted butter. Sprinkle rhubarb over top. Sprinkle 1 c. sugar over rhubarb. Pour hot water over all. Sprinkle cinnamon over top. Bake 40-45 min. at 350º or until it looks done.
