1 1/2 lb filet of grouper.
1 1/2 cup Italian bread crumbs.
1/4 cup olive oil.
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese.
1/2 lb lump crabmeat.
1 Tblsp Chef Han's blackened fish seasoning
pam cooking spray

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Rinse the fish with cold water. Feel for bones and remove any. Mix the ingredients. Place the fish in a pam sprayed oblong glass pyrex dish. Spoon the stuffing mix on top of the fish. You can mold it to the shape of the fish. Cover with foil and bake 25 to 35 minutes (depends on the thickness of the fish).
