2 lbs. Stewing Meat
1 bag baby carrots or 4 carrots peeled and cut into chunks
4 Potatoes- peeled and cut into chunks
8 oz. can tomato sauce
1 bay leaf (optional)
1 package dry onion soup mix
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup

Directions:

1. Mix all ingredients together and cook in a 300 for 5-8 hours or in a crock pot on low setting for same amount of time.
