1 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter
1 egg beaten
1 1/3 c. mashed bananas (about 3)
1 tsp. baking powder
1 3/4 c. flour
1 tsp. soda dissolved in 1 tbsp. water
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. chopped nuts
Frosting:
3 oz. cream cheese
3/4 stick butter
1 tbsp. cream
1 tsp. vanilla
1 3/4 c. powdered sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Cream sugar and butter. Add egg and bananas. Mix thoroughly. Add dry ingredients, soda, and vanilla, and nuts. Mix well. Pour into 9 x 13 in. pan. Bake at 350 for 30 min.
For frosting: Mix cheese, butter and cream together. Add vanilla. Slowly add sugar. Beat well. Spread on cooled bars.
