1 lb. ground beef 3 T. minced onion 1/3 C. dry bread crumbs 1 tsp. salt 1/8 Ttsp. pepper 1 tsp. Worcestershire Sauce (opt) 1 egg 1/4 C. milk
Sauce: 1 can cr. of mushroom soup 1 can cr. of chicken soup 2 C. milk
Mix all ingredients together. Shape into balls and put on cookie sheet. Bake 10 minutes or until done. Cool completely; place in freezer bags and freeze until ready to use. Mix soups with milk and pour over meatballs. Bake in 400º oven.
