1 small potato
1 1/2 box powdered sugar
Peanut Butter

Directions:
Directions:
Peel and boil potato until at mashing consistency. Mash potato and add sugar a little at a time until it forms a dough.

Place dough on a pastry sheet, sprinkled lightly with powdered sugar.

Roll out the dough then spread with peanut butter.

Roll dough like a jelly roll and slice.


Note: Work with dough quickly, as it has a tendency to harden quickly.
