"The tradition of Italian cooking is that of the matriarch. This is the cooking of grandma. She didn't waste time thinking too much about the celery. She got the best celery she could and then she dealt with it."--Mario Batali

Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 box Graham Crackers (you won't use the whole box)
1 large box of instant vanilla pudding & pie filling
3 cups milk (not skim--use whole milk)
1- 8 oz. Cool Whip
1 container of chocolate frosting

Directions:
Directions:
Mix vanilla pudding and milk until it sets. Fold in Cool Whip and set aside.
In a 9x13" dish, layer ingredients (graham crackers, pudding mixture, graham crackers, pudding mixture, graham crackers, then chocolate frosting)
For full flavor, let this sit overnight in fridge, before eating. This gives the crackers time to soften.
If you heat the chocolate frosting in the microwave for about 15 seconds, it will be easier to spread.
You can double the recipe by using 2 large boxes of vanilla pudding, 6 cups of milk, and at least 1 box graham crackers.
