1 1/2 c. unbleached flour 1/2 c. regular rolled oats 2 tsp. baking powder 1 tsp. cinnamon 1/4 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. ginger 1/2 tsp. mace 1/4 tsp. baking soda 1/8 tsp. ground cloves 2 slightly beaten egg whites 1 c. canned pumpkin 1/2 c. light molasses 1/2 c. orange juice 1/4 c. cooking oil 1/2 c. chopped walnuts 1/2 c. raisins
In large mixing bowl, combine flour,oats,powder, cinnamon, salt, ginger, mace, soda & cloves. In medium bowl combine, egg whites, pumpkin, molasses, juice & oil. Stir both mixtures together until moistened. Bake at 375º for 20-25 minutes.
