ham or sausage
mushrooms
onion
green pepper
tomato
hash browns
salsa, etc.

Directions:
Directions:
Crack 2 eggs into ziplock bag (not more than 2). Shake to combine them. Add additional ingredients you choose for your omelet, and shake. Make sure to get air out of the bag and zip it up. Place the bags into rolling, boiling water for exactly 13 minutes. You can usually cook 6-8 omelets in a large pot. Start timing as soon as you put the bags in the boiling water. Once cooked, open the bags and the omelet will roll out easily. Nice to serve with fresh fruit and coffee cake.

This works great! Good for when all the family is together or just for yourself. Have even made them up ahead of time and took them camping.
