4 T Olive Oil
1 tsp dried Thyme Leaves
2 lg cloves Garlic, coarsely chopped
4 Filet Mignon, about 1 1/2 inch thick each
1 tsp dried Marjoram Leaves
1 tsp dried Rosemary Leaves
Salt and Pepper to taste

Place the oil and garlic in a small microwavable bowl. Cover loosely with a paper towel. Microwave on high for 1 min. Remove from microwave and let cool. When cool, add the thyme, marjoram and rosemary; stir to combine. Place beef in a shallow baking dish just large enough to hold them in one layer. Pour the herb oil over and turn steaks several times to coat all sides. Cover and marinate for 1 hour. (You can marinate for several hours in the refrigerator. ) Preheat grill on high. Remove steaks from marinade and pat dry with paper towels. Season both sides with salt and pepper. Grill over high heat about 5 minutes per side for medium-rare. Remove from grill and let rest about 5 minutes before serving.
