2 C All-purpose Flour
1 T Baking Powder
3/4 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Baking Soda
5 T chilled Butter
1 C Buttermilk
Penzy's Italian Herb Seasoning

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 425. In a large bowl, sift together flour, baking powder, salt, and baking soda. Sprinkle on Penzy's Italian Herb Seasoning and stir in until evenly distributed (to taste). Cut butter into the flour mixture with a pastry blender until the mixture forms coarse crumbs. Add buttermilk and mix in thoroughly with a spoon or by hand. Kneed dough on floured surface. Roll out flat to 1/2 in. and cut out biscuit circles with a glass or round cookie cutter. Bake on greased cookie sheet approximately 17 minutes.
