1/2 c. Asiago Cheese
1/2 c. Cheddar Cheese
1/4 c. minced chives or green onions
1 egg, beaten
1/4 tsp. hot pepper sauce
Salt, freshly ground white pepper (or regular pepper)
1 4-5 in chunk of French bread sliced in half lengthwise.

Directions:
Directions:
Combine cheeses, chives, egg and hot pepper sauce. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Top each half of bread with cheese mixture. Bake at 350 until cheese is melted and bread is crusty, 10-12 minutes.
