2 Tbs butter, 1 yellow onion chopped, 4 cloves of minced garlic, 6 2/3 cup water, 8 tsp chicken bouillon, 1/2 bunch of cilantro chopped, 2 tsp cumin, 2 small cans of diced green chilies, 1 Tbs lime juice, 1/2 tsp salt.

In sauce pan saute: butter, onion, garlic. In large pot bring to a boil the water, bouillon, chopped cilantro, cumin, green chilies, lime juice and salt. When water comes to a boil add onion, garlic, and3 cups of long grain rice. Reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes.
