4 - 5lbs Boston butt pork roast, water, 1 can coke, 1 large bottle red taco sauce (La Victoria mild), 1 cup brown sugar, 1 tbs cumin.

Directions:
Directions:
Put roast in crock pot, cover 1/2 with water and cook on low or 275 for 6 hours. Drain liquid and shred. Add remaining ingredients mix well and cook on low for 3 more hours. Serve with lime rice, your favorite bean and Monterey jack cheese in a tortilla.
