1 tsp sennel seeds crushed, salt and pepper.
Glaze: 1/3 cup honey, 2 Tbs olive oil, 1/2 cup orange juice, 1 Tbs orange zest, 1 1/2 Tbs lemon juice, 2 Tbs red wine vinegar, 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper, 2 garlic cloves crushed, 1 Tbs mustard, 1/2 tsp salt.

Mix sennel seeds, salt and pepper. Season salmon and place in 9X13 dish. Glaze: mix all ingredients in small sauce pan. Bring to a boil and simmer for 7 minutes. Reserve 1/2 cup of glaze to dip salmon in with eating. Baste and broil 4 - 5 minutes on each side. Bake for an additional 15 minutes at 350
