Boneless chicken breasts and/or thighs
Barbecue sauce of your choice
1 onion chopped
salt, pepper and garlic to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Cover bottom of crock pot with barbecue sauce. Layer chicken and cover with onion, sprinkle with salt, pepper and garlic. Pour additional barbecue sauce. Cook on low for 6-7 hours, keeping covered and stir occasionally.
