1 tsp sesame seeds
1 TBSP soy sauce
1 TBSP cornstarch
2 tsp minced garlic
1 lb beef steak (I use top sirloin) cut into thin strips
3/4 cup water
2 TBSP soy sauce
2 1/2 tsp cornstarch
1 TBSP sugar
1 tsp red pepper flakes
2 TBSP veg oil
green onions chopped

In dry skillet, toast sesame seeds for 2 minutes or until brown. Set aside.
In med bowl, mix 1 TBSP soy sauce, 1 TBSP corn starch, and garlic. Add beef strips and let marinate at least 10 minutes.
In small bowl, mix together water, 2 TBSP soy sauce, 2 1/2 tsp corn starch, sugar, sesame seeds and red pepper flakes.
Heat veg oil in skillet or wok. Cook and stir beef and green onion. When meat is cooked stir in sesame seed mixture. Cook and stir until sauce boils and thickens. Serve with rice.
