1 1/2 lbs boneless chicken breasts
1 can chicken broth
1 envelope taco seasoning

Directions:
Directions:


Place all ingrediants in crock pot. Cook on low all day. Remove chicken and shred with 2 forks - keep warm in crock pot. Serve with tortillas, cheese, lettuce, rice, beans, salsa and sour cream. Or make nachos or use in quesidillas (sp?). Sometimes we add extra seasoning like garlic or cumin when we add more chicken.
