2 - 18oz can sweet pots drained
1/4 cup butter
1/4 cup maple syrup
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp vanilla

optional - marshmallows or baked cinnamon apple slices (either frozen or jar - not pie filling)

Directions:

Boil butter, syrup, sugar, cinnamon and vanilla. Beat/mash sweet potatoes. Add syrup mixture and mix. Bake at 350 30-40 minutes.

Before baking add marshmallows to top or form potatoes into "nests" and fill with apples (our favorite way) before baking.
