4 lb. bag chicken tenders
1 box corn starch
1 canister Contadina Italian bread crumbs
10 eggs
Seasoned salt, pepper, garlic to taste
Vegetable oil

Directions:
Directions:
Marinate chicken with seasonings. Heat oil in electric or other frying pan. In a large bowl mix cornstarch with about 7-8 eggs (consistency of pancake batter). Dip chicken pieces in batter then coat with breadcrumbs. Place in very hot frying pan, season each side as it cooks. Place chicken on paper towels to drain. Great dipped in marinara or barbecue sauce!
