"Plain fresh bread, its crust shatteringly crisp. Sweet cold butter. There is magic in the way they come together in your mouth to make a single perfect bite."--Ruth Reichl

Directions:
bundles-
unfold puff pastry and cut into 4x4 squares. Beat eggs and cream together to create egg wash. Brush inside of pastry squares. Place 3 candies in center of pastry and pull up corners sealing all edges securely, to create bundle. Brush outside of bundles with egg wash. Place bundles on parchment paper lined pans and bake about 35 minutes at 350.

Ganache-
Bring heavey cream to boil in small sauce pan. Place choc pieces in cream and whisk until smooth.

Serve - Puddle ganache onto plate and place bundle on top. Yum!

You will want to serve these warm so the middle of the bundle is gooey. I bake them while we are eating dinner or sometimes I bake them in the after noon and heat in the oven on low while we eat dinner.
