12 oz. spaghetti
2 Tbsp. olive oil
2 cans stewed tomatoes
2 clove chopped garlic
1 can chicken broth
Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Heat olive oil, break up spaghetti into thirds and lightly brown in olive oil, add garlic and sauté. Add stewed tomatoes and chicken broth. Simmer 20 minutes or until liquid is absorbed. Serve with grated Parmesan cheese. This recipe was originally from Dolores Hall.
