2 avocados (ripe) - chopped small (can even mash)
1 sweet Vidalia onion (chopped)
1 seeded Jalapeņo pepper
1 tomato - diced
1-2 limes juiced (do not make to juicey)
Adobe Mexican Seasoning with pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Cut avocados in half longways. Spoon out the avocado and put into mixing bowl. Chop or mash avocado. Add Onion, Tomato, Jalapeņo pepper , and lime juice to avocado mixture. Season to taste with Adobe Mexican Seasoning.
Serve immediately with tortilla chips.
