1 whole fryer chicken
1/3 c. soy sauce
1 tsp. brown sugar
2/3 c. orange juice
1 orange

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Grate orange zest over chicken. Place the whole chicken, breast down in roaster oven. Separate orange and place some slices in the chicken and others around the sides. Combine the rest of the ingredients and carefully pour over chicken. Cover and bake 1 1/2 hours at 375 degrees. After 1 hour baste every 15 minutes until well-browned and done.

This is easy and delicious. Depending on the size of the chicken baking time can vary. Works best with a whole chicken. Delicious with rice or couscous. Enjoy!
