2 qt. cucumbers
1 med onion
2 t. salt

Dressing:
2 c. sugar
3/4 c. white vinegar
1 t. celery seed

Directions:
Directions:
Wash and thinly slice cucumbers and onions; mix with salt. Let stand 2 hours in cold water;. Mix ingredients for vinegar dressing; bring to a boil, stirring to dissolve. After 2 hours in water, squeeze all the water out of the cucumbers and onions; add the vinegar dressing. Mix well; freeze in containers until ready to use. Makes 4 pints. Will keep in freezer for over 1 year.
