2 Cups Flour
2 Cups Brown Sugar
1/2 Cup butter or Margarine
Mix like piecrust. Save 1 cup mixture to use
on top.
Pat mixture into 9x13 pan.

1 Egg
1 Cup Milk 1/2 tsp Salt
1 tsp Soda
1 tsp Vanilla
2 Broken Heath bars 1/2 cup nut (optional)

Put this mixture in pan and crumble broken Heath bars and nuts on top.
Bake at 350 degrees for 35 - 40 minutes.
