1 lb hamburger or 2 c cubed ham; 1 lb whole wheat pasta twists; 2 cans soup--1 cream of mushroom or chicken and 1 cheddar cheese; 1 soup can full of milk; 1-10 oz pkg frozen mixed vegetables; 2 c shredded Cheddar cheese
Cook and scramble hamburger. Salt and pepper to taste. Drain. Cook pasta according to pkg.and frozen vegetables according to pkg. Mix soups and milk together. Add pasta, meat,and veggies. Place into a 13 x 9 Inch pan and sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 350º until cheese melts. Tossed salad and fruit plate go well with this dish.
