1 each of bell peppers; red, green, yellow, orange
1 can of corn; drained
1 can of black beans, drained and rinsed
1/4 red onion
1/2 bunch cilantro
1 1/2 cloves garlic
1/4 cup olive oil
3 teaspoons red wine vinegar
Juice from 2 whole limes
salt
pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Chop bell peppers, cilantro, and red onion to a small size (for salsa). Mix all ingredients and salt & pepper to taste.
