1 sum onion, chopped;
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef or chuck;
2 1/2 c cooked brown rice;
butter;
salt and pepper to taste;
garlic salt to taste;
1 med. head green cabbage

Directions:
Directions:
Brown onion and ground beef in skillet. Cook cabbage until leaves pull apart easily. Drain; set aside to cool. Cut up cabbage into small pieces. Combine all ingredients and bake in 350 oven for 20-30 minutes.
