1 Can cream of chicken soup
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. grate mild cheddar cheese (plus)
1 small carton sour cream
4 tbsp. butter or margarine

Directions:
Directions:
Cook 5-6 medium potatoes
Peel and grate

Mix all the sauce ingredients into sauce pan and heat. Add the potatoes to the sour cream mixture in a baking pan.
Bake 350 degrees for 45 min.
