5 ml salt
375 ml dry macaroni
25 ml magarine
25 ml flour
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 cup milk (approximate)
125 ml grated cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Cook macaroni with water and salt. Cover the pot with a lid and bring to a boil. Stir the macaroni and cook uncovered for 10 minutes. Drain well.
Melt margarine in a small pot, combine flour and salt. Add flour mixture to the melted margarine and stir with a wire whisk to make a smooth paste. Add milk a little at a time while stirring. Cook and stir constantly until mixture is smooth and thickened.
Add cheese and stir until cheese melts. Add more milk if cheese sauce is too thick. Pour cheese sauce over cooked macaroni and still until well blended.
