6 Slices day old bread, cut in 1/2" cubes
1 c. hot water
1 c. brown sugar
4 eggs, lightly beaten
2 c. warm milk
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 t. vanilla
1/2 t. cinnamon
1/2 t. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Place bread in a greased 2-qt baking dish. Combine water and brown sugar. Pour over bread. Combine eggs, warm milk, sugar, vanilla, cinnamon and salt. Pour over bread. Bake at 350 for 50-60 minutes.
