1 14 oz. can artichoke hearts, drained
8 oz. cream cheese, room temperature
3/4 c. shredded Parmesan cheese
1/2 c. sour cream
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tbsp. jalepeno pepper, seeded and finely diced
1/2 c. plus 2 tbsp. plain, unsweetened yogurt
7 oz. shredded Mozzarella cheese
1 tsp. seasoning salt

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all the ingredients and place in a 5-inch wide baking dish. Smooth the top. Bake at 325 for 35-40 minutes. Serve with crusty bread, like a sliced baguette, or crackers.

Greg is often asked to bring this dip to parties and it's always a hit. I'm not sure it would qualify as low-fat, however.
