1 c. butter
2 c. brown sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
2 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
3 c. oatmeal

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter, brown sugar and eggs. Add vanilla, flour, baking soda, salt and oatmeal. Press 2/3 of this mixture into ungreased 9x13 pan. CHOCOLATE FILLING: (melt the following): 1 can sweetened condensed milk, 1 (12 oz) bag chocolate chips, 1 tbsp butter and 1/2 tsp salt.
Pour melted filling on oatmeal mixture, then crumble remaining 1/3 on top. Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 25-30 minutes. Cool completely before attempting to cut.
