1 pkg. velvet cake/ yellow cake mix
1 pkg. lemon jello
3/4 c. oil
3/4 c. water
4 eggs beaten
1 13" x 9" x 2" cake pan
1/2 c. lemon juice
2 cups. powdered sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Combine the box cake mix and the box of jello in a large mixer bowl. Add the oil and water and beat well. Add eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Pour the batter into a greased and floured cake pan. Bake in a preheated oven at 325 for 30 to 35 minutes. Mix together the 1/2 c. of lemon juice, and 2 cups of powdered sugar. Beat mixture until smooth. Remove the cake from the oven when it's done, let it cool for 10 minutes. with a fork prick holes through the top "crust" of the cake. Pour the lemon juice mixture over the cake. let cool before serving.
