Ingredients:  
5 lbs potatoes
2 cubes butter
8 oz cream cheese
1/2 cup sour cream
approx 2 cups whole milk
salt
pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Boil potatoes in 2 tsp salted water until tender (approx 20 mins) - drain - Mash thoroughly then add all ingredients, adding only one cup of milk then mashing, slowly adding remaining milk - You may need less milk for thick but runny consistency - Salt and pepper to taste
