1 T. cornstarch
2 T. cold water
1/2 c. boiling water
3 egg whites
1/2 c. sugar
Dash of salt
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Blend together the cornstarch and cold water. Add 1/2 c. boiling water and cook and stir until thickened. Let stand until cold. Beat 3 egg whites until foamy. Add 1/2 c. sugar. Beat until stiff and turn mixer to low to add vanilla and salt. Gradually add the first mixture. Beat well. Spread and bake at 350 until brown.
