1/4 cup butter
1/4 cup all purpose flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 cup chicken broth
1 cup whipping cream
1 tsp. sherry (optional)
1 7 oz. pkg spaghetti cooked and drained
2 cups cubed cooked chicken
1 can sliced mushroom
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350. Melt butter in large saucepan on low heat. Blend in flour and seasonings. Cook over low heat, stirring until mixture is smooth and bubbly. Remove from heat and stir in broth and cream. Bring to boil, stirring constantly. Boil for 1 minute. Stir in chicken, spaghetti and mushrooms.
Pour into ungreased 2-quart casserole dish.
Sprinkle parmesan on top. Bake uncovered for 30 minutes.
