1 lb. pork sausage
1 large cooking apple
1 large onion
1 c. celery, chopped
1 (14oz.) pkg. bread stuffing mix
2 eggs
1 tsp. poultry seasoning
1/4 lb. butter
2 c. water
salt & pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Brown sausage, crumbling as it is browned. Reserve 1/4 cup fat and saute diced apple, chopped onion, and chopped celery for 10 minutes. Mix with other all ingredients. Stuff turkey and bake remaining stuffing in covered casserole dish at 350 degrees, basting with turkey juices to keep moist.บบ
